About
Whiskey Pineapple Chicken just drinks in all the great flavors... literally! The chicken marinates in the smoky whiskey and the tropically sweet and tangy pineapple juice, ensuring each bite is not only tender and juicy but also a blast of tropical taste! Grilled peppers and onions add a little freshness to help balance out the strong savory flavor of the meat, making this an exquisite grilled masterpiece. With summertime on the way, there's no better time to whip up some Whiskey Pineapple Chicken!

Step 9 -In a medium bowl combine the peppers, the onions, the olive oil, the remaining salt, and the remaining pepper.
Step 10 -Grill the peppers and the onions, turning frequently, until soft, about 5-7 minutes.

Step 12 -Chop the grilled pepper and the grilled onions and sprinkle them over the chicken.
Step 13 -Serve.
