Ingredients

  • Tajín®, to taste
  • 2 lime wedges, divided
  • ice cubes, to taste
  • 3/4 cup light beer, of your choice
  • 3/4 cup ginger beer
  • 3 (1/8-inch-thick) slices fresh ginger

Directions

Step 1 -In a shallow plate, add the Tajín.

Step 2 -Rub 1 of the lime wedges around the rim of a tall glass.

Step 3 -Dip the rim of the glass in the Tajín to coat.

Step 4 -Add the ice cubes to the prepared glass.

Step 5 -Add the beer, the ginger beer, and the ginger slices to the prepared glass.

Step 6 -Stir gently and garnish with the remaining lime wedge.

Step 7 -Serve.
