Summer Energy Bites are creamy, nutty, and crunchy, with plenty of nourishing oats and peanut butter providing the protein to keep your engine running. But there's also sweet honey and melt-in-your-mouth chocolate to make sure you're as happy as can be with each bite! Summer Energy Bites will get you ready to face whatever comes next this season!
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup ground flax seeds
- 1 cup old-fashioned oats
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Directions
Step 1 -In a mixing bowl, add all of the ingredients and mix well to combine.
Step 2 -Cover and refrigerate the oat mixture for 30 minutes.
Step 3 -Roll the oat mixture into 12 equal-sized balls.
Step 4 -Serve.
