Ingredients
- 2 cups extra-sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and minced
- 1 (4-ounce) jar diced pimento peppers, drained
- salt, to taste
- black pepper, to taste
Directions
Step 1 -Place the cheddar cheese, the cream cheese, the mayonnaise, the garlic powder, the cayenne pepper, the onion powder, the minced jalapeño, and the pimento into the large bowl of a mixer.
Step 2 -Beat on medium speed with the paddle attachment until thoroughly combined.
Step 3 -Season with the salt and the black pepper.
Step 4 -Serve!
