Ingredients
- 1/2 pound ground beef
- 1 3/4 cups fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 medium red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper, black
- 1 (13.8-ounce) tube refrigerated pizza crust
- 1/2 cup reduced-fat sour cream
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 3/4 cup blue cheese, crumbled
Directions
Step 1 -Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
Step 2 -Line an 18x26-inch baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 3 -In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef, the mushrooms, and the onions, while crumbling the meat, until the beef is no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes. Drain the excess grease.
Step 4 -Stir the salt and the black pepper into the ground beef mixture.
Step 5 -On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza crust into a 12x15-inch rectangle.
Step 6 -Transfer the refrigerated pizza crust to the prepared baking sheet.
Step 7 -In a small bowl, combine the sour cream, the Italian seasoning, and the garlic powder and mix well.
Step 8 -Spread the sour cream mixture over the pizza crust, leaving a 2-inch border empty.
Step 9 -Spoon the ground beef mixture over the sour cream mixture.
Step 10 -Fold the empty border of the pizza crust over the filling, leaving the center filling uncovered.
Step 11 -Bake the tart until the pizza crust is golden, about 15-18 minutes.
Step 12 -Carefully use the parchment paper to slide the tart onto a wire rack to cool.
Step 13 -Sprinkle the top of the tart with the blue cheese.
Step 14 -Let the tart stand for 5 minutes.
Step 15 -Slice and serve.
